Message from the Dean of Higher Education

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the International College of Engineering and Management. We have a close partnership with the University of Central Lancashire, one of the UK's largest and most progressive Universities.  Between the two institutions we have created a range of Higher Education Courses which are unique in Oman and, in some cases, unique in the Middle East. These Courses build upon the College’s wealth of expertise and the international reputation of the University, but are tailored to the special requirements of major employers and students in the region. All courses are run in close collaboration with the industry so that they are relevant, up to date and prepare students for excellent career opportunities.

If you decide to become a student of the College, you will learn in a creative and stimulating environment and you will be given all the academic support you need to make the very most of your opportunity to study in Higher Education.  We will expect you to work hard on your Course and this will give you significant career opportunities.   I hope you find this prospectus interesting and informative.
